Dr. Akin speaks at the Pursuit of More Conference on the nature and effects of addictions. Looking at the text of Romans 12:1-2, Dr. Akin shows that those addictions are often both physical and spiritual, and the only way to find true freedom is to be transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Charlotte and I had the awesome privilege of going to Africa to work and worship with brothers and sisters from Sudan, Uganda and Congo. More than 1600 attended a Bible Conference, 159 were baptized and 2 new churches were started under trees with trained pastors. Enjoy some of the sites and esp. the sounds of our time there!
